Customer Genealogy Report

Your Preferred Customer Genealogy Report is a valuable tool,  showing exactly what product(s) each of your customers will be receiving, and when.

You should be receiving your PC Genealogy reports monthly in your  email inbox, so you can provide excellent ongoing customer care (and teach your team to do  the same).  If you are not, contact Distributor Support to make sure that you are receiving  this report for your whole team….it is a great “report card” of customer retention in your  organization and could show you where some support and/or teaching needs to occur in your  team.

You can also pull a report of your own any time from your Virtual Office under “My Team Data” and then “Former Reports”; check the box: “Would you like a Preferred Customer Genealogy?” Yes.  It will be sent to your email address as a PDF file.

Codes and Abbreviations Explained

Freq – 1,2,3,4: Frequency by month that order is shipped.

I: The order is being paid on installment program.

EXAMPLE: (4) – The product is being shipped every 4 months and is being paid for all at once.

(4I) – The product is being shipped every 4 months and is being paid on installments

EXAMPLE: (2) – The product is being shipped every 2 months and is being paid for all at once.

(2I) – The product is being shipped every 2 months and is being paid on installments

EXAMPLE: (3) – The product is being shipped every 3 months and is being paid for all at once.

(3I) – The product is being shipped every 3 months and is being paid on installments

Stat – Status of reorder.

(A) – Active, (C) – Cancelled, (N) – New, (D) – Credit Card Declined

(R) – Reset (changed ship date, process date, form of payment, etc.)

(I) – In Process Change (changed ship date during the installment cycle)

(P) – Paid Nonrecurring

Prod – Type of product being shipped on this order.

The product is identified by an alpha and numeric code (EX: C1 – Capsules). The number does not represent the number of boxes on the order. **
