Your participation in the Family Health Study not only gives us greater insight into how families benefit from Juice Plus+. It also gives you a simple, convenient way to add more nutrition from fruits and vegetables to your family’s diet — for less than $1 per person per day.

Cost Sharing

While The Juice Plus+ Company covers the majority of the cost of this program and the free product, we each make a small contribution to fund the Study: details.

The paying adult customer also pays the shipping charge on the child’s product (divided by 4 if they pay monthly).

Tips

The child’s product is ALWAYS shipped with the adult’s, so if the adult does not live in the same household (eg. a grandparent) they must arrange to get the child’s product to them every 4 months.

A child can be sponsored into the Study from 30 days before their 4th birthday until they are 25.

You can delay a HS order by 30 days – in certain cases for longer.  In addition, a canceled HSF customer can be reinstated, as a new customer, and will continue to receive free Juice Plus+ until they have completed a total of 3 years of free product (including the period when they were canceled).

If you have an adult or a child of 13 or older who would prefer the chewables, you can request an exception. Print out the Health Study Order Form, fill out the form and anywhere in the margin write “Child/Adult must receive Chewables”. Then fax that form to the number in the top right corner of the order form.

You can choose Juice Plus+ Chewables for the adult and/or for the student (13 or older) as a standard option.

A child fruit and veggie chewable order is $29 per month. If you take away the $3/month handling fee, we’re saving a parent of a four-year-old $26 a month with our Healthy Starts program.
 
That translates to $312 a year, and if you multiply that by 9 years, (taking that child from age 4 to age 12), that is $2,808 that we are saving a parent.
 
Now that they’re 13, their cost for a fruit and veggie chewable would actually be $56 a month, minus the $3 handling fee, so we’re saving that parent, now of a 13-year-old, $53 a month. That translates to $636 a year. Multiply that by 13 (taking that child from age 13 to 25) you’re saving that parent $8,268 with our Healthy Starts program.
Add those two together, taking a child from age 4 all the way to age 25, you are saving a parent $11,000 over time.
 
If you have two kids on Healthy Starts, one parent sponsoring one, one parent sponsoring the other, as the program is meant to be, that’s $22,000 in savings.
Not to mention, of course, all the other additional savings that most likely come with having a healthier child that we all know has been tracked actually through the Healthy Starts surveys over time, like, less doctor’s visits, healthcare costs, fewer missed days of work, less prescription or over-the-counter medication, etc.
 
So when you add all of that together we should be so motivated to share just from that alone, how life changing that could be for a family.”
