If you've joined me on our Life Planning journey, then I hope one of our
Life Accounts
is Personal Growth. What were your Vision and Purpose for this
Life Account?
Personal Growth can mean many things. It certainly includes the growth
necessary for life success, which falls under many headings or
categories; these would include Personality, Character, Work Ethic,
Work Skills/Effectiveness, Gifts/Passions (understanding how to work
from them) and Relationships.
Another book on leadership fell into my lap recently; it breaks new
ground in the area of Personal Growth and it's a good one:
"Launching a Leadership Revolution" by Brady and Woodward. Their
book hit #1 on the Wall Street Journal Business Best Seller list in
November - for good reason.
So I want to encourage you to both buy and read the book, and start
what you learn including one specific tool from the book. The book and
